Before the AIDS Walk on May 19th, 2013!

Styled my Jade wig! So this might be a surprise for you guys, but I am cosplaying Homestuck! I like the comic, I like the cosplay better. 

But I am still a Hetalia girl at heart. <3 SPEAKING OF WIGS, I washed my America wig for the first time!! It’s gorgeous and it smells like amazingness. So I will be doing asks again soon! Unfortunately it got all screwed up in the rain. YEP.

Completed the 6 mile long AIDS Walk New York today! I walked for 3 hours in the rain with some good friends. In total I’ve walked 12 miles today, had to buy a I<3NYC hoodie because my clothes got soaked, and also came home and died immediately after my long awaited hot shower. 

Totally worth it.

You never really know how many Europeans you follow and follow you until the night of Eurovision.

I was told I am too feminine to cosplay America. 
Welp, at least they didn’t insult my wig, makeup, or cosplay itself! If that’s all they can come up with then that’s fine, seeing as I /am/ a female.

EDIT: They didn’t insult my looks, they insulted my voice and the way I walk. And didn’t even say it to my face, but to my best friend behind my back. Sorry, I’m a girl, I like being a girl and frankly I’m happy my voice and walk aren’t manly. Because yes I cosplay America, but I am Marissa before a fictional character. -shrug-
